Andrew is an absolute consummate professional in service, étiquette and kindness. Even though there were a number of guests to service, he and his lovely staff had adequate time to attend to all provide humour- well needed on a rainy Monday afternoon. Waited for over half an hour to get breakfast and then the wrong orders came. The staff were apologetic and nice but very disappointed with the food. After the food was delivered we were told that they ran out of poached Eggs so they gave me fried Eggs.
